When you create an account on jpterus, you agree to the terms that govern how we operate our platform and how you use it. Our terms cover account opening, deposits and withdrawals, dispute resolution, and the rules for all games and markets we offer — football, live-dealer tables, slots, and esports.

We structure our terms around account security, data protection, and fair play. We require identity verification (KYC) before you can deposit, we process withdrawals through a standard review window, and we keep all your betting history and transactions private. Our platform operates only in jurisdictions where it is legally permitted, and users are responsible for verifying local compliance.

jpterus does not permit multiple accounts per user

If we discover that you hold multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or close them without notice. All funds associated with duplicate accounts will be frozen pending investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits are processed instantly — we credit your account balance immediately upon confirmation. We do not charge deposit fees; the amount you send is the amount that lands in your jpterus account.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. We set these minimums to keep access affordable for casual players. Maximum account preferences are set per payment method and may change without notice — we display current limits in your account settings.

When you request a withdrawal on jpterus, we process it through the same payment method you used to deposit. Withdrawals go through a standard review window where we verify your identity and check for fraud signals. This review typically takes one business day. Once approved, we send your funds to your payment provider, which processes them according to their own timeframes (usually same-day for e-wallets, next business day for bank transfers).

We do not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees applied are set by your bank or e-wallet provider, not jpterus. We do not guarantee a specific withdrawal timeframe — we only undertake to submit your request within one business day of approval. Delays beyond that are outside our control and depend on your payment provider.

Note: We may ask you to verify your withdrawal request via email or SMS before processing. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorized withdrawals.

Gaming Rules and Settlement

All games and markets on jpterus are governed by specific rules. For football and sportsbook markets, we settle bets based on official league or provider results. If an official result is disputed or changed after settlement, we use the result that was official at the time we settled the market. We do not re-settle based on later corrections.

For live-dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), settlement is instant — your payout posts the moment the round completes. We reserve the right to void any bet that we determine was placed in error (e.g., a technical glitch, incorrect odds display, or system malfunction). If we void a bet, we refund your stake to your jpterus account immediately. We notify you of the void and the reason in your account notifications.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly or a transaction was processed in error, contact our support team. Provide details of the bet or transaction, including the date, time, and amount. We investigate all disputes within five business days and notify you of our decision.

If we uphold your dispute, we credit your account immediately. If we reject it, we explain our reasoning. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to our compliance team. We keep records of all disputes and our resolutions for one year.

Account Suspension and Closure

We may suspend or close your jpterus account if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraud, or posed a security risk. Suspension is immediate and may be permanent. You may close your account anytime by requesting it in your account settings. We process closure within two business days. Upon closure, we issue a final withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method. We retain your account history for seven years for compliance purposes.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

jpterus services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online gaming or wagering is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use of jpterus comply with their own jurisdiction's laws and regulations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where jpterus operates. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the dispute-resolution process outlined above. We do not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Important: If you access jpterus from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and in violation of local law. jpterus accepts no responsibility for legal consequences you may face.

Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes (e.g., changes to fees, withdrawal terms, or game rules) are communicated to you by email with at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of jpterus after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
